Product Endorsement and Trivia

Bumbo vs. BeBe Pod.

Bumbo

BeBe Pod

And the winner is....Bumbo! The deeper and more angled seat, the matte texture of the surface, the sides that contour closer to her body, and the higher back all keep her upright better and longer. Just so you know - in case you or someone you know might be in the market for one these babies for one of their babies. :)

Trivia - We learned a fabulous secret about dark Karo syrup last week. Do you know what that does to a baby? We do now.

A parting shot of some cutie pie fingers. She holds our fingers on each side of the bottle while she eats like she's driving or something.

oh my goodness! Her face in the bumbo is classic! She looks like "I'm just too cool" haha...yeah, there's a huge difference between the two huh...Natalie never looked like she slumped in her bumbo the way Anna did in the Bebe Pod. Good call on getting her a bumbo instead...we love ours. She sat in it in Brooklyn's room tonight while we did her bedtime story/routine. I don't use the tray much though...toys never stay on it long, then she can't reach down and get them...like she can when the tray is off...just a thought if you were about to buy a tray. But, when we start feeding her food, it may come in more handy. We'll see.

Drumroll, please...
Dark Karo syrup (1 tsp. per every 4 oz. bottle) relieves constipation! And thankfully so - the next step was a suppository! Yikes!

LOL about the Karo and thankful that you didn't have to do a suppository. We had to do an enema on jacob and it was the most HORRIBLE thing I've ever done to anyone.

Good to know about the bumbo thing. Those weren't out when Jacob was a baby so I'll tuck that away until next time;-)

I did know the Karo Syrup secret and have some in my cabinet for that purpose! (I guess I don't know why you'd use it otherwise...at least I never have needed it to cook!) And oddly, Connor really liked the taste the couple of times he's had it! It looks really gross! We never used a Bumbo or Bebe, but I've heard the Bumbo is the best...I guess you confirmed it! :)

Anna looks so cute in both but I guess we can't have her head bobbing around while she falls over, although I enjoy watching the
video.

I'm way behind on checking blogs, so I'll leave all my comments here. I love the lists...sure do wish I had written down things like that when my kids were babies. Now I'm always saying "now which child did that?" "which one said that?". I wrote a few things down in the boys' baby books, but by the time I got to #3, I barely got her name written in it. Anyway, y'all are smart to keep the lists...precious and priceless stuff. : )

Anybody else find Kimberly's typo? Sorry, Kimberly, the proof-reader in ME found one. : ) I'll give you a hint...it was in the previous blog.
Just having a little fun here. : )

Ha...I think I found it first. And terminated the offending typo. :)

There must have been TWO, since the one I found is still there! : )
Another hint: look under Anna's list.

Mas: Oh wow...well then really there were 3 including that one you spotted! I have met my match in you, oh sensei!

I don't know whether to be flattered or insulted since I have no idea what "sensei" means, or is that another typo? HA
