Every so often I actually stop and take in the massive Lego hoard in Noah's room. It is a collective work effort of Josh and the kids and is always a work in progress depending on how much they have kept up with sorting and what sorts of builds they are creating at the moment. This trio is QUITE the team.
At the moment, they have moved the workspace off the floor for this season of Lasa's toddlerhood so that she can join them up there without a host of choking hazards at her disposal. Josh piecemealed a shelf that stretches the span of Noah's longest wall and I must say that I am impressed with it and with the City that sits upon it.
Take a look at the Lego Lair's Latest ... Each building is a recreation of some sort of city storefront - bank, park, train, clothing store, coffee shop, pet shop, police station, power lines!, etc. It is precious and impressive!
This corner where mosssssst of the sorted pieces lay in wait. It is organized and efficient. Just, wow.
And this corner, that houses extra toolboxes of more sorted pieces and random builds sort of sorted by theme. ;)
Lastly, Josh added 18 feet of shelving x 2 for minifigs alone. Looks great! Works great!
I must admit, Josh and the kids live up to the Lego name and ideal - "play well." Proud of their creativity, commitment, passion, and teamwork!
