Florida Trip: Birthfamily Visits

So, Josh and the kids spent a week in FL last week while I did the convention and came back home to TN.  They got a lot done while there and checked a number of important things off their list.  First, Noah and Anna stayed at Memaw and Papa John's house solo for the first time ever (Josh and Lasa stayed at his brother, Jason's, to make this happen) - there was picnic at the park, a motorcycle ride, lots of time with cousin Hannah, late bedtimes, a tea room trip, a girls day pedicure, train show, and roasting marshmallows.   Second, Noah spent a full solo day with his birthparents, Tania and Justin, for the first time ever, meeting a number of extended birth family peeps as well.  Lucky thing, he got to see Tania/Justin three more times on top of that when they came out to Memaw/Papa John's and/or met up at Downtown Disney.  And third, Josh and the kids were able to help around the property with clean up from the last hurricane and also help Memaw with planting/gardening.  That's a LOT of stuff packed into one week.  I am so glad for them all.  First up, pics from Noah's time with Tania, Justin, and family.  While I was able to get pics from visits with Tania's side of the family, I did not come across any of the ones taken with Justin's side of the family, which they did last minute during their fourth visit that week.  It's ok though!  We got lots of Justin. :)

In total, Noah got to see Elba (Tania's mom/Noah's abuela), Elba (Tania's grandmother/Noah's great grandmother), Hector (Tania's father/Noah's abuelo), Hector and Megan (Tania's brother/Noah's uncle), Aurora and Odin (Tania's niece/nephew/ Noah's cousins), and Justin's father Eric, Justin's cousin Mason, and Heather, an aunt/mother-type figure to Justin.

Noah soaked up every. last. minute with Tania and Justin.  The time with them means so much to him and I am so thankful it means so much to them as well.  They really went out of their way to rearrange their work schedule to get to be with him extra days.  They layed it on thick too in ways that they spoiled him. ;) Next time, Noah definitely wants to take in more solo days with them.  I love watching him grow up and into his relationship with them. Likewise, it has been so moving to watch them grow into their relationship with him these past (almost) 12 years!
