I know it's back-to-school season, but it's such a wonky month because it feels more summery than not. It's stinking hot! So that means we are also full on back-in-the-pool, too!

Let 'em swim until first frost!
We are up to 96 this week ... which in TN weather patterns could mean we could be in frost by next week and then back to a heat wave the next day. HA! I bet the air is already nice for you in the mountains. Jealous!
Don't be jealous. August is always miserable in Boone, even into September. October will bring cooler weather and most likely our first snow.
Boone Weather
Late October - May = Winter and Snow
June = Spring? Just kidding. Cool weather then heat.
July = Mountain summer. Aaaahhh. So nice.
August = Summer from hades.
September - Mid-October = Fall
Ha! Summer from Hades.
