Anna's decided Hannah is her best friend now. Noah's heart belonged to her, too. Except when he was occupied with Aaron. Thank goodness for another boy cousin to play hard with!
That blur of a splash in the middle of the pool is my Noah going underwater BY HIS OWN WILL! His confidence grew by leaps and bounds after swimming with Aaron, Holly, and Hannah ... ESPECIALLY Hannah, bless her. I think she should charge us a swim lesson fee because she was the fun angel that got Noah swimming underwater at last and doing all sorts of new tricks without fear.

oh what FUN!!!!!!!! We don't have any big kid cousins, but those uncles and aunts of ours on the talmadge side are as much fun as cousins would be :) I think.
Seriously..I'm so jealous of your pool...and so eager for next summer to get here asap...We are packng up the house to drive 20 minutes to go to a stinking PUBLIC pool on base.... eh. And we'll likely only stay for an hour cuz jack hates it! So jealous of your spontaneous (and well used) pool...
So tell me... why the wait til NEXT summer? Why not get it now and get more seasons out of your money? YOu have a lot of hot months still to go!
It's because we want a biiiig one...and we have a 10 inch slant....which means leveling the yard a good bit, which means a lot of work to level it, and school starts in a month, and we haven't saved up the money for it yet...so we are planning ahead to "clear the yard" next spring, and in the mean time, wait for some killer deals on those pools.
We're on our way to the base pool right now....and man...this is for the birds (if this were a long term plan to use the base pool) Thank goodness Lee was totally on board to set us up a pool for daily use...so we don't have to plan, gather, prepare, etc to get everyone ready for a trip to teh pool...
