2020 Family Pics

With this year's trials and grief, I was willing to accept not having pics to show for 2020.  But it worked out this weekend that we could snap a few while at my sister's house and my heart is so thankful for them after all.  I even whipped together a Christmas card Sunday night. Those will go out after closing next week with our new address.  Eek!

The five of us.

The kiddos.

Then we did some cousins shots...

And finally, a quick shot of all of us during a few hour visit with my parents.  Which is a big deal.  But in the scope of this year has been dwarfed so we aren't letting it be a big deal.  Taking baby steps forward with the family Higginbotham again after an 8 year estrangement.  Nothing to see here, move along.  Ha! Wish us luck!

My dear friend and pastor's wife, Suzanne, said something so meaningful about this pic.  She said, "This picture is the summation of a lot of God's good work! May He continue to give the increase with more and more healing and work and growth and love!"

 Amen. Indeed!

The look on your and your man's face in your family shots just exhudes the miracle God is working in your lives. It radiates.

And, what Suzanne said. Seeing you all with your parents and smiles on your faces...just wow.
