It was a stiller, slower month of normal daily life things. Not mad at it. Highlights included...
Chickens finally moving out of my bathroom and into their coop and area. Went smoothly! They have grown like crazy! The barred rocks (black and white ones) are my fave ... so curious and social and interested in us.
Easter. Passover Seder at church. Basket goodies. And a homemade Easter egg hunt that was our favorite yet.
I have done 10 of my 20ish radiation treatments on the newest spot of cancer on my nose. It's breaking the bank. Total drag.
But Bunco this month saw me winning $60, so that was fun.
Anna dug this clay from the ground and fashioned this for her room. She painted it too!
Fort in a box.
Pretty little decor I finally pieced together.
Just fun.
This is how I am going to be approaching summer and the rest of my life really ... hiding out from the sun entirely so I don't turn into one giant spot of cancer.
Lunch date with Cathy at a new little spot in Gallatin ... just 5 mins from my house. The nicest midday surprise!
Outside stuff getting done - another step in front landscaping (crepe myrtles coming soon!), and getting Josh's new workshop going (using all the recycled wood from the old pool deck). Baby steps!
And school pics from Legacy. Biology labs are rocking their world!
We are in the final countdown to summer. It's a slugfest of really difficult subject matter in English 1 and Algebra 2 especially. Alllllmossssssst there!
And finally, some more sweet contact with Angelique. Thankful.
Oh yeah, the Preds made the playoffs and we are all just so pumped. We cannot get enough of hockey!
