I held off buying a Christmas card holder at a Willow House party last month. It was so nice and so functional but I just couldn't drop $50+ on it without a guilty weight on my shoulders. So when I spotted this idea on a blog, I was pumped. I already had the wreath frame. I just picked up some clothes pins and a page of scrapbook paper and I was home free. Free, being the operative word. It'll do the job, at any rate.
I'm diggin' it, I guess. But tonight I saw an even better idea! It was an upside-down tomato stake - spray painted, pulled closed at the top, and adorned with the same style paper clips as pictured above. Filled with Christmas cards, it is its own Christmas tree. Uh-dorable. And since we already have a tomato stake or two in the backyard, I think my next craft is half made already!
