Besides the fun of having Memaw and Papa John in town this week, we also got to enjoy swimming and fireworks with friends this holiday week. I took no swim pics, but I took a handful of fireworks fun. We did Hendersonville's Freedom Fest with Redeemer peeps on the 3rd at the same sweet waterside spot as last year and then the night of the 4th Papa John busted out his stash of fireworks to shoot off at home. Noah was allllllll about it. I was a bit jumpy but had finally chillaxed by the end of the at-home show. Ha!

Every year, the fireworks shot off in our neighborhood get more and more impressive. Big homemade shows were going off for hours in such strong succession after dark. It's such a fun holiday vibe! Enjoyed this 4th of July week immensely ... not counting the brutal heat wave.
