Garden Goodies This Week

Josh and Anna working among the wild, wild garden - picking green beans.

We have so many watermelons growing.  I think they are the cutest things when they are this little!

Sweet bouquet for the kitchen table.

First green bean harvest that were a great addition to dinner ... except for how Josh cooked them. Don/t ask. Ha!

Zucchini beast...

...that fed the family in the form of zoodles in spaghetti.  They loved it!

First ever sweet potatoes.  They are adorable.  Not sure why they got picked so small, but I just take the pics.

Noah and Memaw planting some free flowers Josh picked up on a co-op run.

Tomatoes and zucchini and blueberries and strawberries on any given day.  The berries usually get eaten in the garden, so I hardly get pics of those.

Pumpkin.  Go figure.  I didn't even know we planted those.

Anna's American Giant Sunflower patch and Mammoth Russian Sunflowers beside.  They only ever stare over and into our neighbors yards as they follow the sun that way.  If I don't get up in the morning and take a pic, I am out of luck.  They are so tall!

A couple glorious blooms I managed to finagle to bend down and humor me for a shot.

I love the pre-bloom views.
