We wrapped up a crazy week with a field trip in the sunshine at Hill Family Farm Friday. It was a great little diversion and got our weekend off to a great start. So glad to have survived this week!!
Noah decided as soon as we pulled up and met Byron that this is what he would like to do when he grows up, too. I can see Josh loving that. In fact, that is almost exactly how things have gone for Byron. He works his 3 acres here with the chickens and pigs and a few plants and greens and his wife is starting up her own cut flower project there. Byron's son works the produce side of their farm on his own 5 acres in Portland. I can see the Farmers Josh and Noah (or Anna!) doing that one day. And doing it happily. ;)
