Play Ball!

Boy, have we missed watching this kid play ball!  He took fall off of playing while we cheered on little sister, but with the onset of spring it is Noah back at bat again!  And wow, what a year will do for a kid's baseball game.  He is markedly stronger and faster and more confident. 

This season he is playing in the Coach Pitch Bigs league and his team is the LA Dodgers.  He's been playing third base and centerfield during games and practicing a little at second and shortstop.  He has proven himself at bat and moved up to 4th in the line up.  They are 2-0 so far (two nailbiter games) and tonight's game was rained out ... which is why I now have time to blog about baseball.  HA!

Noah's made me promise not to cheer too wildly this season.  He says it embarrasses him. I will {try} to contain my pride.  No promises though!  He is really good and it is so fun to watch him play.

And now we have two baseball sisters to enjoy the game with!
