Only one week left to go ... maybe less if their mom decides she's up to them coming home Friday. I kinda hope so ... for several different reasons. We shall see!

I'd say these 3 weeks have been just what was needed for those two cuties.
How proud I am of your kiddos in how they have ministered to and loved on these two boys also.

Those boys had a fun "vacation" but I'm sure they will be ready to be back with mom.
Noah and Anna have really made me proud. It hasn't all been giggles for them, but they are really rising to the need to take a backseat and put someone else before themselves. However painful that lesson can be. FOR ME, TOO!!! Truth.
And yes, they are missing their parents and ready to be home. That is just where they belong and I am so glad their story has them going back home again. :)
This post made me happy for so many reasons...
1. The boys are going back home! I had wondered about that... and how long they'd be with you.
2. Seeing your kiddos sharing life and toys and love and smiles with them. Life lessons learned... for sure.
3. Knowing your family's heart to love and serve others. It's beautiful and convicting.

We have done the work of serving others, some moments have felt more loving than others.... I feel like it's been less beautiful than people give us credit for. The word "slogging" comes to mind for how we have survived the last week..... :/
Found out last night that they go home on Thursday now instead of next Monday. They are so excited! And we are too. Feel kinda guilty for how much of a relief it will be.
