I winged it on my own today while I waited for directions from my crochet mentor, Emmie, and managed to at least make a passable beanie that, which not perfect, will at least keep a head warm. It has a strange mushroom top that I am told is just fine and gives it a cool, slouchy look, so I am gonna tell myself that's good and post it proudly.

Next up, was a beanie for a slightly larger head than a baby.
I think I am gonna start work again on the blanket of Anna's I tuckered out on over a year ago. Crochet is MUCH quicker than knitting. That is quite motivating. Wish me luck!
