This list makes me smile. I should make one with our memories.

I love that you made a Jesse Tree this year. How did it go?

I love even more that I finally got to hug you. :)

Some nights we had to power through it - considering the short attention span of our young 'uns. As we went along, we found quicker ways of getting the message across. Every night, Noah and Anna's anticipation built more and more - they took turns each night unwrapping the ornament of the night. I will probably use a different source for the little devotionals next year - or at least a compilation of different ones. I think there are probably more kid friendly ones out there.

At any rate - we loved this. We loved the kids' attention on this every day of the Christmas season (whether they wanted to or not), and we will certainly do this every year from now on.

Next year, I will not use a tree, but will have a felt tree to hang on the wall with buttons all over to hang the ornaments on ... building up to the star on top Christmas day. :)
