Yesterday, December 16, marks once full year since Lasa has seen Angelique.
I just keep pondering that fact. That's a heavy fact.
It's just heavy. And sad. And weird.
We will keep on reaching out and waiting expectantly for some breakthrough with her.
But in the meantime. Wow.
A Whole. Giant. Year.

And, yet, this past summer, she thought custody should be hers.
I do not understand the mindset of one so completely lost and so completely addicted to so many harmful and unhealthy things.
So much to pray for in this.
I will never understand it either. You'd think I stop trying to wrap my mind around it by now!
