Just popping in to say that it is snowing right now
and has been off and on all day.
and has been off and on all day.
I say, it's snowing ... on Spring Break.
That's amusing to me.
That's amusing to me.
We are a week away from April and it's snowing.
Still chuckling to myself.

Never a dull weather moment here in Middle Tennessee. :)

This is why I don't pack away our summer/winter clothes each season. Because in TN (and AL too) you might need shorts and/or a coat all-year-round! So our closets remain fully stocked.
Seriously. Last weekend was shorts and flipflops. This weekend, snow boots and heavy coats.
Our high was 84 yesterday. We're under freeze warning tonight. Had to cover up our garden and bring our tiny little tomato plants inside.
Rebeka has an outdoor picture session scheduled tomorrow morning...our coldest day of the year.
I've always heard people say to not plant until after Easter...I think they're right.
Eeek! Thinking of Beka right now. Smile, pretty thing, smile big! Cold is just a state of mind. :}
PS - Hope she is better by now, too! If not, double oy!
She's somewhat better and I should have said coldest day of the week not coldest day of the year. Oops. But anyway we'll be outside at Tucker Bayou and that breeze coming off the water...yikes!
This post made me smile because it's been snowing off and on all week here too. Not sure what would be more frustrating for me... your hot / cold swings or our constant never-ending, below-freezing temps. Reminds me of Narnia around here. :-)
Good question ... which is worse: unpredictability or relentlessness?
I'm gonna go with relentlessness. .
