I took my littlest love to a local children's museum today. Discovery Center at Murfree Springs. She's been before as a brand new 2 year old, but today was like a whole new experience for her. She was so neat to watch explore and play all on her own. I only snapped
a few
pictures,
which is too bad because we had such a lovely time and my girl was such good company.
I am treasuring these precious days with her at home ... and all over town. :)

For real...
I love that first photo...her expression = too cute! Don't you feel like you appreciate the time spent with the 2nd child...as you watch how fast your oldest is growing up? That may not have come out exactly right but I think you'll follow me:-)
Oh, Shannon. I follow you completely. That is EXACTLY what I think I have been struggling with. I think I feel such regret for always looking ahead while he was little and now that he is not, I mourn that I skimped even a little on loving the exact stages he was at. And I do think I loved them along the way, you know. It's just now that they are gone, I sense that I should have loved them more acutely.... so now I am slurping up every last moment with Anna as a function of realizing the silliness of thinking I was so ready for Noah to grow up. Wow, talk about hard to follow ... but I know YOU follow ME on this one.
