Seriously, was there ever an unsmiling little girl as mine? This was the glamour shot made public on her class's webpage from the first day of school. All the other little cuties grinned and smiled. Mine flashed her best deadpan stare.

Ha! What's even funnier is that this is probably the picture that will be on her ID card that you'll get to look at all year long :-)

Ohhhh yeahhhhh - the ID card. Lovely.
As for the webpage - shocker, right? I got the email today saying I'd been added to a new class page. Definitely helps how I perceive their effort.
Now that I see her stone cold face, I see why maybe they are having a hard time getting excited/getting to know her? Maybe?
Her expression is obviously telling the rest of us that she's above smiling. At least she's beautiful whether she smiles or not!

I just came back to look at that little sweet and sour faced niece of mine :) What's this about not being excited to get to know Anna?! She's 3....it shouldn't take a lot of effort make a 3 yr old girl happy!!! Good grief. I think I need a phone call!

I'm not gonna lie, I have a few reservations about continuing MDO. Trying to give it a little time and give the teachers the benefit of the doubt. We shall see...
