For 7 years since its planting, Redeemer Church has been meeting in a space at the YMCA in Hendersonville. I mentioned already about a truly amazing gift given to our church this spring - a building, all its property within, and the 3.5 acres it sits on! It's been so humbling to receive such a gift and so awesome to be able to see in retrospect how and why other doors closed before this in our church's hunt for office and meeting space. This precious gift is better than all the other options Redeemer has considered. We praise the Lord for this blessing. A church HOME at last!
We had our first Sunday there this past week and it went so well. It was wonderful to get to linger afterwards and picnic on the grounds under shade trees rather then have to do take down and hustle out to be out on time. Some pics from the day ...
