The Way to a Boy's Heart

This came home from school today, but it dates back to Thanksgiving.  The kiddos apparently named things they are thankful for.  

I am thankful I made the list. :}

In case you can't quite make out his handwriting and precious spelling ... it says: 

 I am thankful for mommy because she cooks dinner for our family.  I am thankful for my family.  I am thankful for my daddy because he loves me.

The big takeaway from this little snippet of Noah's brain?  That the way to a boy's heart (and thankful list) is with food and love. Can't argue with that logic. :}
